ARCHLine. XP Live System Requirements

To run ARCHLine.XP® LIVE the following software and hardware conditions are needed:

WINDOWS

For COMPLEX DESIGN
Complex interior and exterior design projects with lots of details
Examples: Apartments, Offices, Buildings with surrounding

Operating System (OS): 64 bit Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 /10 with the latest updates and service packs installed. (Windows XP* and Windows Vista are NOT supported.)
Processor (CPU): Intel i7 or AMD equivalent with 8 cores
Memory (RAM): 16 GB or more
Graphics card (GPU):
 4 GB with DirectX 11 support – NVIDIA or AMD. Integrated Intel video cards are NOT recommended!
Disk space (HDD or SSD):
 3 GB available hard disk space on the installation drive and at least an additional 6 GB free space on the system drive (this is the C: drive in most cases)
Display: At least 1920×1080 resolution (4K is supported).
Mouse: 3 button (scroll-wheel) mouse

Virtual Machines are not supported!

For MODERATE DESIGN
Moderately detailed interior and exterior design projects
Examples: Small apartments or offices and buildings with less detail and surrounding

Operating System (OS): 64 bit Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 /10 with the latest updates and service packs installed. (Windows XP* and Windows Vista are NOT supported.)
Processor (CPU): Intel i5 or AMD equivalent with 6 cores
Memory (RAM): 8 GB or more
Graphics card (GPU):
 2 GB with DirectX 11 support – NVIDIA or AMD. Integrated Intel video cards are NOT recommended!Disk space (HDD or SSD): 3 GB available hard disk space on the installation drive and at least an additional 6 GB free space on the system drive (this is the C: drive in most cases)
Display: At least 1366×768 resolution (4K resolution is supported)
Mouse: 3 button (scroll-wheel) mouse

Virtual Machines are not supported!

FOR MAC USERS:

ARCHLine.XP Live is a Microsoft Windows software and currently does not support Mac OS. Virtual machines, running Microsoft Windows within Mac OS are also not supported!

DRIVERS AND UPDATES

Keep your drivers and software up-to-date especially the operating system and the graphics card drivers.

How to update the computer’s graphics card’s driver?

If you have a notebook or laptop computer:

Please visit the website of the notebook manufacturer to download the latest driver.

If you have a desktop or workstation computer:

Before you can update the graphics driver, you need to know what kind of graphics card you have. Follow these steps to get to know your graphics card:

– Hit the “Windows” button on your keyboard.
– Start typing and type: Device manager
– Hit Enter or click on the result “Device manager”.
– Find the “Graphics card” in the appearing list and open its details with the little arrow appearing on the left side.

Once you know the kind of graphics card you have, visit the manufacturer’s website to download the latest driver:- NVIDIA
– AMD (ATI)

Important note: Intel graphics cards are not recommended!

NOT SUPPORTED SOFTWARE:

LogMeIn users may experience warnings about outdated drivers at the program startup. This is due to the LogMeIn Mirror Driver which may affect the performance while working with ARCHLine.XP. Please contact the LogMeIn HelpDesk for further instructions and information. Uninstalling the LogMeIn Mirror Driver might be necessary.


The
 Plays.TV screen recorder client is reported to be incompatible with ARCHLine.XP, making it unstable and causing frequent crashes. It is highly recommended to uninstall the Plays.TV client, if you have it installed on your computer.
